Can anyone help, I need to know the free length of the Navigator clutch springs, I need to check the ones installed to find out if they need replacing.

Also, are the clutch friction plates the same as the Heavyweight twins?

Hi , the rev counter was working fine and suddenly started jumping about , even on tick over it would be a six thousand revs ,very pragmatic not in snycro with the engine it would even drop down when excellerating.

Does anyone have an actual contact address for purchase of the split collars for the MK3 modification to the swing arm. I've replaced the pin and the bushes 1500 miles ago and the wiggle has been picked up as an advisory during the MOT.

Post war rigid and plunger OHV.

The rocker oil feed pipe where it leaves the oil tank. On factory build, did the pipe go in front or behind the seat pillar on its way up to the head? One of those silly things that niggle me. John

HiI have the opportunity to acquire an Manxman, as you can see from the photo it is not assembled, according to the vendor it ran before being partially disassembled for storage but I find that questionable ... been there, been shafted already.

Wheel size

On the advert for 350T Nortons it states the wheel size is 27x3 this sounds big what are your thoughts, Is this an old size? What size in todays measurements would it be.

Just bought a 64 SS that has had a fortune spent on it 600 miles from rebuildnew everything and the rebuilder has fitted superblends but it sounds a bit cranky clankyto me and I don't think I would have gone the superblend route myself any suggest

ES2 fuel taps

Hi Just recently purchased a 1953 Es2 and i think the fuel taps are wrong.The ones on it are alloy that turn, should they have the brass ones that pull in and out.
