Having removed my Magneto I suspect my pick up ring is badly worn, I contacted Dave Lindsley, Magneto specialist, who quoted £350-£450 for an overhaul +vat+postage +extra for parts. This sounds quite expensive,

Hello, Can anyone tell me about the bolts and spacers holding the top of the rear shocks and mudguard. Which side has the longer spacer? What length should either be? Why are they different lenghts?
HiI am building an engine for my Dommie 99 from a box of bits. In this box are many sets of push rods and I have attached an image of a set of all aluminium ones. I haven't seen these before and am wondering if they would be ok to fit.

Does anbody know if the crankcase timing hole is subject to variation?
I'm in the process of starting the re-build of my Commando 750 Combat Engine. I appear to have two breather outlets on both crankcase halfs.

I bought an Atlas head with a missing valve guide. The new guide will go into the cold head with light hammer blows. It is then tight and has to be pushed out again with hammer blows. The guide measures .499".

Hi, When I took my primary drive apart on my 1959 Model50 a couple of discs and a felt oil seal which were round the gerabox drive shaft fell apart. Can these be replaced by the primary chaincase sealing disc SS02 D2_060769 form the club website?

Does any one know the correct bottom bush length on the rear shocks for a 99 wideline frame dominator. I'ven been sold some that are 24 mm that the supplier insists are correct but they don't fit
