Hi all,having done 75 miles on my 56, 88 after a ground up resto, i have encountered a problem with the pick up brushes.I have put new pick ups in and after a run of about 15 miles it starts to misfire and wont tick over slowly.
I am about to remove my twin carbs from my 850 to send off to make them proof against our new wonder fuel but wonder if I should fit an SU, Mikuni or get these coincentrics seen to?

Chatting to a few members from the Yorkshire Branch at Bremen (excellent event) â they had converted their Commandoâs head light to HID. They said they had to do some re-wiring to allow it to work.

While riding yesterday I noticed I had left the indicator flashing. As I turned the indicator off the bike cut out. I found the main fuse had blown. As I put in a new one it blew straight away. New fuses arrive tomorrow.
Is this just a higher capacity 3 start pump or something different? TIA
