Hi AllI have a 72 750 combat roadster, as I live in oz (Australia) I have been thinking of an interstate or LR tank to extend distance between refueling. Does the tank fit without any modifications or do I need to change the seat?

would any one have for sale a rack for a 1948 es2.

I need a new big end and mains on my 1942 16h. Any recommendations on a supplier in the Sheffield/Leeds/Manchester neck of the woods who can build and set the end float etc ?

i am about to replace centrestand.the right hand nut and bolt are easy to remove,but the left side has a prob.nut ok to remove but frame in the way remove bolt.do i have to remove engine plates?

Having just got a 1969 all blue mercury has the previous owner just had the frame forks tank etcpainted to match the blue mudguards, oil tank, primary, or did some leave the factory all blue?

just come across my latest problem during engine rebuild that i am hoping for advice on.

the cylinder head stud next to exhaust has at some time stripped the thread in the head.this has been drilled and tapped out

I have a rebuilt atlas, I've timed it as close as I can, it started after many kicks, then ran at about 3000 rpm until I shut it down, checked the carbs, all seemed ok, but wouldn't start again.

Reassembling my 99 after an engine rebuild. Offering the clutch centre onto the spline shaft it rubs on the inner chaincase. It seems to have some historical wear here but was ok when taken off.

Anyone out there have a photo of the underside of a wideline seat,I cannot find it in any of the Norton manuals.

hi. can any one tell me how to get the pistons out of a lockheed caliper, the out side one may not be to bed but the inside one i can not see how to get any presure behind it to get it out.

Can someone please confirm that the timing for a 500 Trials with a BTH competition mag is 5/16 BTD fully advanced as I have been told conflicting settings of 3/8 BTD. I have looked in all my books and there is no menton of settings for a 500T.

Is anyone going on Sunday? I'll look at the weather on the day and ride up there from near Eastbourne if the weather is good.

Iâve just purchased a 1975 Mk2a Commando Interstate

Unfortunately, the bikeâs speedometer has the green globe design whilst the tachometer has the NVT arrow type.

If you have not had an invite via the factory as organizer of the Norton Festival I can tell you that you had better think about being at this wonderful event.

Being a new member I am realy diserpointed in the lenth of time it is taking for spares I have orderd and paid for to come, they may be cheeper but to be honest I wish I had paid more and had them within a few days

I am posting this here, as it only concerns club members. This subject has been raised before, but, no progress has been made. I live in Spain, but pay full membership subscription, and do (eventually) receive my copy of Roadholder.

I have just been given a set of Long Roadholder forks with the top yoke having two small riser type handle bar clamp. Does anyone know what years and models this type of top yoke was used on?
