Does anyone know the thread size on a k2f mag where advance retard screws on,also got any ideas where to buy the self extracting bolt for this unit.

The piston in the front brake /master cylinder moves freely but will not come out of the bore. I have removed the 10 tooth circlip and grommet. When I move the piston to remove it it stops with a metalic click. I have followed the Haynes Manual.

I have Domi 500 1953 Model 88 (cast iron head), its fitted with a worn Amal 76AS.

Does anyone know what it should be fitted with ?

The Amal catalogue starts Model 88's at 1955 with a Monobloc 376/19

curious when norton assembled the commando did they build the entire rolling bike up? then stamp the number when fitting the bodywork or did they do it another way?

Hi, I'm thinking of getting an intercom for rider/pillion communication. I've tried wired versions and they were pretty crap. I was wondering if any of my fellow NOCers have tried Bluetooth.

Just thought I'd ask if anyone has lowered the oil drain in the timing side crankcase to the lower left of the oil pump?

This is supposed to reduce the oil temp whilst still maintaining adequate splash for lube elsewhere.

Valves done, timing, compression, spark etc are all as it should be and it starts cold first or second kick.

I've got my 1951 Norton ES2 on the road: Came from Cornwall in 1980 then sat in a garage in the USA and never started.

I love this bike and it seems tight, solid and "all there and original".
