I'm new to the forum, I've recently acquired my father's Norton Commando 750 Fastback, This bike has been in the family years, and my goal is to bring it back to life and do it justice.

                  I just tried the Peter James insurance for a quote - £148. I tried MCN - £60 ????????

I was trying to get my travel insurance sorted for a trip to Europe this year and was having some problems. I looked at the small print and saw that these "Hazardous" pieces of machinery that we ride seem to be limited to 125cc.

Hi all. I'm taking my Commando to the Colombres Rally in September. 
Plan is to trailer the bike from Lancaster to Portsmouth and then ride the bike onto the ferry to Santander. 

Just wondering what the 72 euros rally fee is paying for ? Looks like everything is an extra, camping, meals, t shirt. So what do we get for 72euros, please don't say the "rally book" a waste of money in my opinion
