Hi apologies if this has been covered in this forum already. I recently bought a Dominator and it has to be kept on charge which is ok but even so it's still tricky to start.

Just rebuilt my forks. New stanchions bushes and seals etc. What oil would you recommend.
I took my ‘72 Roadster out yesterday for the first time this year. After 5 miles I noticed that the front brake was binding and I had zero play on the brake lever (it had gradually been reducing).
Hi, can anyone tell me if the 1972 Interpol frame is the same as the Interstate frame? Due to arthritis, I'm planning on converting my 750 JPN replica to an interstate, with an easier riding position.
Canada calling. I have finished restoring a '53 Model 7 and an odd oil leak has cropped up. Oil is leaking through the steel kick start sleeve and the inner cover of the gearbox.
Hi everyone, is there a switch for front brake lever? If there is something available please let me know where to buy one? I have looked on Amazon but didn't find one.
Many thanks Roger
Hi everybody. Does anyone know any engineers in the Lancashire area who can/will do an exhaust port repair?
My Dommi 88 is fitted with an SS Camshaft ( marked T2219@3 ) it seems. Does this require Pushrods and Valve springs as used on the 650 SS and Atlas models to be fitted ? I came accross this advice in the Haynes Manual (chapter 1 -22 ) .
Hi all
I think I have the wrong kickstart shaft bush fitted to my gearbox it seems too long to be able to fit the kickstart return spring any ideas on a easy fix would be much appreciated
I bought a rear brake plate for my Norton 650ss - advertised as Dommie plate but the brake shoe pivots have wire circlips instead of retaining plate/tab washer and bolts.
I assume it's an earlier plate from ES2 or very early twin.
I have a genuine Ray Petty "bacon slicer' cooling ring, which I've removed from my Manx and no longer have a requirement for. Any thoughts of value?

Hi all where can I pick up the oil pressure light switch banjo and adaptor.
Having got my Electra heads back from vapour blasting a close inspection reveals a potentially serious issue with the way the face of the right head is machined either at manufacture or by someone skimming the head in the past. The attached photo
This is regard to my previous topic "Chain Adjustment". So I received the correct aligning [dowel] bolt for the rear wheel to brake hub and believe it or not everything now lines up far happier although still displaced towards the timing side.
Hello Norton people. This is my first post so here goes. From my investigations, I understand that my frame is from a 1956 Dominator. It’s a Triton I bought for £300 some (cough) 40 years ago.
I have just noticed that a previous owner had upgraded my ‘72 Roadster to adjustable isolastic mounts and that the rear adjuster has been installed on the wrong side (so that both front and rear adjusters are on the engine timing case side of the

NOCcer Fans of 1/4 mile racing will be delighted to hear that Hogslayer, the twin-engined Norton raced so successfully by Tom "TC" Christenson back in the 70's will again be pounding the asphalt at Santa Pod this summer.
1948 ES2... Just replaced the cage and rollers in my clutch as the old one was so worn the rollers were falling out.
When I tighten the backing plate nuts the rollers lock up. I have double checked the components and all seems correct.
After a productive day stripping and checking the Electra's heads and barrels I am ready to get them vapour blasted before having the cam follower guides and valve guides replaced.
Despite reading everything I could I cant find any real descriptions or photos as to what they actually are or look like. I realise one pumps more oil and can do more harm than good but how do I know what has been fitted to my 59 ` Dommi 88 ?
Would anyone know a source for Pliobond 20 or 25 adhesive in the UK ?
