Beezumph Rally – Thursday 24th and Friday 25th July 2025
Each year the Trident and Rocket 3 Owners Club hold their Beezumph Rally, which also includes a track day. This year the event will be held at Cadwell Park race circuit and will focus on Formula 750 Production Bike Racing and the legendary Triumph Trident ‘Slippery Sam’, it being the 50th anniversary of its 5th consecutive win in the IOM Production TT. Given the racing heritage of Norton motorcycles the organisers have kindly extended an invitation to any NOC members who wish to enter the event.
Here is a resume of what is on offer. Thursday 24th July is a rally day, with a ride out, static bike displays and guest speakers. The National Motorcycle Museum are providing a number of special bikes including ‘Slippery Sam’, a ‘Works’ Norton Rotary and the Thruxton 500 winning Norton Commando Production Racer. Friday 25th July is centred around a track day on the iconic Cadwell Park circuit. There are various track day groups catering for riders and machines of all levels. This includes classic groups for pre-1985 bikes and a group for bikes that are post-1985. This latter group is suitable for Commando 961’s and V4’s but please note that a front brake lever guard is mandatory for post -1985 bikes. There will also be a marquee with a live band for the evening.
This is not an NOC event, so full information about what is on offer and how to make a booking is to be found on the ‘Beezumph 31’ website. The booking options are quite varied, so there should be something there for all tastes. It certainly looks like being a great event and our thanks go to the Trident and Rocket 3 Owners Club for the invitation.
