I live in south Norfolk. Any recommendations for shot blasting and powder coating my frame and various bits and pieces?
I am trying to get my dad's 1939 Norton Model 50 (that is currently in bits) built but we're missing front and rear mudguards and handlebars. Please can anyone help me find them? Or templates that I can get replicas made from?
Whats the best way of going about removing them from my Mk111 frame. Have tried tentatively to put a hacksawed slot in them with the intention of using a flat screwdriver to 'undo' them.
For anyone who is interested, I have just this minute ordered a black and gold interstate tank from Vintageindia13. The big delivery date is from 10th March to 20th March. I'll keep this post updated as things progress.

Has anyone any experience of "Delta Quick Steel Repair and Retain" adhesive/repair gel? It's sold by Frost Restoration. I'm interested in it's Adhesive qualities as I cannot weld or braze. Many thanks for any input. George
Just reassembled the front forks on my Dommie rebuild, The stop/damper plate under the headstock looks like it needs spacer under it where it bolts to the frame but I can't find a spacer in my box of bits from when I took the bike apart.
Is it possible to get a square type O ring for the valve lifter on a 1954 ES2 ? The groove is quite wide. I have tried 2 o rings side by side but they just break apart and a lot of oil leaks out.
I would like to have my 88 Dominator tank repainted and was wondering if anyone can recommend a company or person that does this. I have had one quote of £500 which seems excessive to me but maybe that is the norm. Any advice welcome.

My new piston have stamping (LH or RH) on top of piston valve cut out (only one side)
Having followed another thread on twin leading shoe brakes, a contributor mentioned that his 8" front brake, operated by a 7/8" pivot lever, tends not to release properly for a while after it has been standing.
I've found a correct rear brake plate for my '50 model 7. Except for the cam lever arm &spring, can I use all the other parts from a Atlas rear brake plate? Brake shoes,etc??
Has anyone had any ideas how to stop this annoying disc rattle,or replacing with another disc 5bolt hole ,done less than 4000 miles norvil should be ashamed of this very expensive upgrade
Finding neutral has always been an issue with the 99, all the more annoying as the Atlas has always been good .

I have a 99ss, engine 96511. The original bike with frame number 96511 went new to Stephens Motors of Carmarthen, Walesand was sold new to someone closeby in Llanelli, Wales.
Is it possible to fit one of those long bolts sometimes seen on pre unit Triumphs to access my magneto bottom stud? If not any suggestions how to ease removal in situ welcome. Barry
I have working indicators on the 99 but to fit them I drilled holes in the old headlamp. Now fitting a new shell I would like to mount them on the HL bolts (cycle thread?) Are the parts availiable? Anyone done this?.

Hi, I have a 1943 16H which arrived in boxes! I'm dry building it and can't seem to find the thread that's used in the frame to secure things like the seat, speedo bracket etc. Is the thread standard through the frame irrespective of the size.
Hi GuysHow do I remove the inner race on the armature shaft of the drive side mag bearing? Will a hot air gun destroy the armature? Any help appreciated. George
