Hi all - major problem. The alloy casing of the Lucas Magdyno has always had a crack at 2.0 o'clock when viewed from the timing side. As the bike is now stripped down I thought I'd fit a new casing (which I already had).

Hi, i am thinking of using a repro Speedo on my es2 to replace my chronometric one because the new bezel i fitted wont stay tight i have loctited it but it still comes loose the old one was cross threaded the thread was damaged so i put it down to

Hi, just putting finishing touches to my 1964 Norton Atlas which was origionally supplied to R.H.King, 52 - 56 Cauldwell Street, Bedford. on 6th. May 1964. Trying to locate the dealer decal or mud gaurd plate.

Rocker box stud

Hi Guys, I've found why there is a constant oil mist round the top of the engine. One of the rocker box retaining studs has shed its threads in the alloy head (55 ES2). It's the centre front one at the rear of the exhaust valve.

ES2 Rocker arm woes

My 1951 ES2 is currently in pieces as I sort our various "issues"

My mechanic friend has advised me that I need new valves and valve seats on the exhaust side and fortunately the NOC has stock
