Hi
I forgot to take photo while dismantling my engine ,hence this query.
My new piston have stamping (LH or RH) on top of piston valve cut out (only one side)
i assume RH means piston near timing side ,but where go the cut out stamping on inlet or exhaust side?
Sorry for my broken english but any advise will be appreciated
As far as I remember, both…

As far as I remember, both valve pockets are directly opposite to each other and are the same size. So you need to put the right piston into the right bore - but it does not then matter which way round they go.
But I think that,if I stand astride the bike facing forwards, the letters on my pistons are then the right way up. The RH mark is then on timing side on the right, and LH on the drive side on the left.
I've just looked at a photo and the inlet pocket just might bea little bigger than the exhaust (but I could be wrong) - if so, it goes towards the carbs at the back.

Hi David
Thanks for your answer ,right the inlet pocket seems a little bigger and exhaust a little bit deeper but are same diameter.
The stamping will be then on the exhaust side .
