I have some handlebars on my Mk2 850 Commando that have makers numbers stamped on them. I'm trying to find another set of bars the same but no amount of googling is turning anything up. Can anybody tell me who might have made these? The numbers are: MOT-026 2011 W750 04D. (The stampings are not along the bar but front and back at the same end of the bar - with the first two in rows on one side and the other two likewise but on the back side.)
They are nothing fancy, but are just perfect as far as I'm concerened. They are similar(ish) to Andover Norton part no. 06.4132 Interstate Europe, though not as wide or high.
The bars were on this Commando when I imported it here to Scotland from Los Angeles five years ago.
What's interesting is that another Commando I bought from a guy who had also shipped it from the US, which has different (western type) bars on it, but that are also stamped with numbers in the same format: MOT-028 W730 2014 07D
I'm wondering if there's a well known aftermarket handlebar manufacturer that both these had come from?
Many thanks!
Handlebar Identification
Thank you Alan.
I've had a look at their website, and tlthough they have lots of handlebars, the numbers are of a format that I'm finding mostplace else. There is one that may be dimensionally similar but it's difficult to tell.
I will try emailing them, as you suggest, they've obviously been in the game a very long time and may be able to throw some light on this.
Thanks again

Handlebars
There was a company in California that was called Flanders, and they may be still around who made handlebars.
