Just stripped the head down on my commando and found the valve guides badly worn.
Can anyone recommend someone in the Northwest near wigan, who reconditions and fits new valve guides to nortons.

Cylinder head
You could send your cylinder head to T& L Engineering as they reline the valve guides with a process called K Lining. I have had this done on two of my Norton twin cylinder heads, and also on my 1973 Daytona cylinder head. The company is based in Bedford.
