I'm just getting to reassembling my short roadholders, but am puzzled as to how the headlight mounting tubes are fixed in place, I can see that there should be a rubber ring at the top but nothing else to secure them.

I just bought a spacer part # 06-4072. I am trying to reduce the compression of my Atlas to closer to normal. Does anyone know how to fit it? One head gasket above it and one below? Does it function as a head gasket?

Hi can anyone help with a loom routing. Viewed from the front of the bike towards the rear,there is a headstock sheet metal plate with two large holes with gromets in them.Does the wiring loom go through the right or left hole.

I'm looking at a Commando that is for sale and it has had the frame changed. It is still 'matching numbers' so I assume the VIN plate has just been transferred.
- Would transferring the VIN plate be normal practise?

My early 1956 ES2 is an ex RAC bike, with all the interesting foibles it brings. I am not sure whether the width between the forks is standard, the width between the front fork mudguard mounting points is 41/2". Does this sound standard?
I need rocker cover gaskets and timing cover gaskets for my '54 ES2.
I have looked in the NOC shop and on the RGM website but cannot see them listed. Does anybody know where I might get them?

My a1954 Norton big 4 has a chronometic spedo on it and I am just wondering if it is the correct spedo.
I have a top Yoke, I think from an Atlas. I would like to have it powder coated but unsure:
1) How to safely remove the barrel
2) where to get a key from
3) A new lock if key is impossible to find.
Does anyone have a usable 20 inch Avon Racing rear tyre I could put on a nice original Inter? If not, any suggestions for a suitable fast road 20" tyre?
