I am resurrecting a 1967 Norton Matchless G15CS basket case. I am missing the rear mudguard and all hardware associated with mounting it to the frame.

I'm checking the cost of having a new steel side stand made for my '55 ES2. It might bring the not cost down if he made more than one. They seem to be like hens' teeth so any one interested?

Hi Guys, I've recently bought a '76 MkIII and will be starting renovations soon. It runs well and the starter seems fine. There is no history of it being converted to the 4 brush motor. Is there a quick way I can tell without too much work?

I see that Gasgacinch is recommended by some for use as gasket goo, searching this website I don't see it mentioned except for use with flame-ring head gaskets, in 2009.

Help needed please with these frame numbers, The ID plate matches with the Engine and gearbox, But the number stamped on the frame starts with 850 F131*** IS THIS NUMBER SOME KIND OF BATCH NUMBER ? or replacement frame from Norton .

Is it a race type cam ?

Is it useable for every day road riding ?

I have just finished the rebuild of my 1950 Inter. It has centre oil feed to the cam box. I put in a new pump and now new pressure release spring.

In attempting to reduce the free play on the side stand (which has in the past resulted in the bike toppling over) I've managed to snap off one of the lugs on the stand itself (the unthreaded one).

Well I went ahead and bought a litre of the Dove Grey paint and a litre of Post Office Red paint, all in 2K. The weather here was lovely and warm over the past few days so no need for any heating.

Help Please. Anyone got any ideas on sourcing a petrol tap for the small diameter outlet on the tank of a jubby delux -- the one with the right angle outlet to feed above the tinware.

I have several photo copies of owners manuals, and done a Google search However, there appears to be no mention of this item.. Most machines do not seem to an adjusting knob, others have., but there seem to be no details anywhere.

I read that Cardinal Red was the correct colour. Could someone please tell what colour code/type so I can instruct the paintshop? I saw Berger Post Office Red or Ford Camaro Red for the earlier Nortons.

Hi. I am moving house to Brackley, Northants in the next 3 months or so, and will be constructing a new 20 x 10 workshop in the back garden dedicated to rebuilding old bikes, starting with my '68 Atlas. (Only 115 more built after this one ).
