I started to restore a 1932 Mod 19 which came with a smaller petrol tank that to my knowledge was used on the earler models. The tank is chromed and has one thread on each side for rubber mounting.

On 1959 Dommi '99' - I've purchased a replacement barrel said to be 0.020" oversize. However, checking the end gap on a new + 0.020" ring it is around 0.030".
Whilst out on a run last Sunday my Mercury cut out a couple of miles from home with no spark on either cylinder. The problem was with a connection on the ignition switch, see attached photo.

What should the clearance be between the dummy shaft and the center bore of the drum? Tbh I think there is some wear due to previous lack of maintenance can anyone measure a new part please??

Coming to the end of my '74 Interpol restoration and I now have started the bike up several times.
My bike is 12 volt. Does anyone still do m.e.s. cap bulbs, the book says its 3 watt. Also need bulb for the speedometer which is 1.8 watt.
