The clutch cable on my early Navigator snapped and I need a new one. The adjuster is down below on the gearbox housing and you need take off the right hand styling panel to get to it.
Please could someone tell me if this mag is off a model 19 and if not what is it off?

On a recently acquired 750 1972 Commando the top Yoke seems to be non standard as the steering lock hole is a smaller diameter (15mm Dia with a narrower section half way down instead of the standard tapered .754" Dia) Has anybody come a cross this
Need photos of correct front fork lower legs for a 1951 International, how does the fender attach, there are studs like a commando? The yokes on the bike are original to the bike according to the records, but maybe the legs have replaced?
I have been suffering with punctures seemingly caused by sharp rubber flash on the inner side of the tyre bead Avon SM rear that wears into the tube. Has anyone seen this on their bikes?.

Hi I have just purchased a 1974 mk2 850 and after finally getting it to fire on both cylinders .
because I’ve got a whole load of them, or more precisely a whole sump full of them.
There seems to be more gap than I remember between the frame and the swing arm. Do they just pull in once I tighten the spindle bolts on each end ?

Firstly, I have just aquired a basket case Fastback. I've rebuilt several Triumph triples and a Mk3 Roadster from the ground up over the years. The fastback I have has matching numbers of 148840. From looking on the VIN plate it says a July 1971

Hi all, sorry I've not been on here for ages. Rebuilding a 1939 ES2 plunger, and I seem to have no rear stand bolts. I strongly suspect that a previous owner had used something non-standard as there are none that fit in the pile of bits.
I need to replace the sticking/frayed throttle cable in my 1975 Mk3 Interstate 850. Does anyone know of a supplier of this specific cable?
Ince the original Jubilee crankcase breather is not the best design I made an upgrade to it.
The petrol tap on the light weight has a unique thread into the tank. 3/8. the club sells 22061 (with standard 7/16 to Amal pipe.
On most of our bikes, the sealed beam unit is held in place in the headlamp rim by 3 or 4 wire "W" clips.Rummaging about in the garage today, thought I'd found a packet of these, but then realised although very similar, they were clips for retaing

It must not a typical Norton problem, but my indicators work well while the engine is not running.
Does it run, she has permanent orange light in revs up to 3000 rpm.
I bought a Dominator 1955 88 dynamo crankcase to replace the damaged one I was hoping to rebuild.
My 850 Commando came to me as a load of bits with the crankshaft disassembled. All three components check out as correct but which side of the flywheel does each crank go?
