Many Norton models utilise the same 5/16 BSF oil feed banjo set up.

I have a 1946 16h with the upright gearbox and when the bike is running, the gearbox moves slightly within the frame. 
I’ve tightened the top and bottom fixings quite tightly but don’t want to wreck the threads.

First start of my 1937 16h was noisier than expected! Accompanied by loud , strange sort of whirring noise. Can any one suggest what might be the problem please? I think it may be from the timing gears?

I need some professional advice / help with my 1973 750 Commando plse 

I have been told today that my Commando MAY have a knackered small end bearing in the engine.

The engine has done 800 miles since a complete rebuild and the gearbox developed an oil leak from the output oil seal (slow-speed shaft), when I striped the primary drive side to gain access I found that the oil seal had moved away from the bearin

How many links  should  primary  chain have is it 76 links including spring link,seems a bit tight? Barrie.

I have a rather rotund shape which mean my waist is larger than my hips. Consequently I need a pair of braces to hold my biking trousers up as a belt doesn't keep them high enough.

How can I find the part numbers for the grommets that are in the primary case that go over the stator wire? I can see that one of the numbers is NM24595 but that number is different in the states.
