Does anyone know who might make thr exhaust rings/roses for an early single. They are scewed onto a male thread on the cylinder head.

Or if anyone has a couple for sale.

With the current riddiculous  cost of fuel ,   the mpg  of your  bike must be a consideration.

Hi. When I rebuilt the gearbox on my 1960 Dommie 99 I replaced the kickstart shaft, the bush and fitted an X-ring oil seal. I thought that would definitely prevent any oil leaks from the kickstart but the oil is leaking out badly.

A chum of mine has a 2017 Norton 961 and he suspects the stator is in bad order and unable to find a replacement. If anyone has one or knows where to get one or can recommend a repair service I would greatly appreciate it.  

Hello, I have an es2 with a smoking issue. I removed the alloy head and found that there was three head gaskets and fibre seals where the oil ports are . The piston is a wellworthy dome top and I suspect its a high compression.

Has anyone experience of replacing frame tubes? I understand the principle of brazing/debrazing but would appreciate any tips or tricks.

Hello out there. Can anyone tell me the width (thickness) of the spacers between the rear engine frame/lugs (3off) that sit inboard of the engine/gearbox sub frame assembly please.

Just picked up an original front mudguard at Kempton Park. It still has the original "blade" number plate. Are these actually illegal now, on account of slicing errant pedestrians?

Hello, I started the restoration of a 1933 Big4.

On the crankshaft I found 2 double row ball bearings marked RL8 on the drive side

and 1 of these on the steering side. Dimension 1 x 2 1/4 x 5/8 inch.

I try to fix my speedometer, as I have a broken glass.

The model is Jaeger one, in K/M scale.

I look that there are a lot of Smiths, build new or refurbished, but all are in MPH.

Does anyone know the recommended torque setting for the magnetic sump drain plug on a 750 Norton Commando? I have a separate cartridge style oil filter so the sump plug screws directly into the crankcase.

Does anyone have a photo of how the inside Of the headlamp shell should be setup. Most curious part that im unsure of is the 3 holes down the bottom. Are they all sealed with rubber bungs for cables ? Photo would be great.
