I am assembling a Lucas E3L dynamo from parts. I have a Lucas manual on them, but it doesn't show how to wire them up at the brush end.
After ten years I seem to have fallen out with my Commando buff over something seemingly trivial but not.
I see several requests for racks (or advice) have appeared on the board. But has anyone any experience of RGM's offering 050906? I just called and they don't have any photos of it on a bike.

Blue color for the Deluxe Jubilee. There is some old info on this site that recommends Chrysler Caribbean blue 80. Is this still the recommendation, has anyone found a better match.

is the space between the dustcap and the fork slider technically in order? The spindle nut has a torque of 60 ft lb.

The plastic oil feed pipe to the cylinder head split last night, so needs replacing. Is it possible to just buy the 5/32" bore plastic pipe and fit it yourself, or is it best to buy the kit from one of the suppliers?
Guys, I have an Es2 with plunger frame fitted with a Non Norton tank, when I took the tank off I was appalled to see that the bracket that holds the rear petrol tank and acts as a pivot for the seat nose has been cut of!!

I have had the crank pin come loose in the flywheel on my 1930 model 18. Fortunately without any damage, some years ago I managed to buy a NOS crank pin by Alpha marked N3. Would this be a suitable replacement.

I have a model 50 engine thats been sat for 30 years. Thought I would remove the head to see what is inside. Rocker cover off, four collar nuts holding head removed but the head will not come off the barrel.

My '68 Atlas is fitted with a 2LS front brake.
Is it possible to time a Jubilee with a strobe (six volt) providing the strobe is connected to a separate 12 volt battery. Will any strobe do the job.
