I see several requests for racks (or advice) have appeared on the board. But has anyone any experience of RGM's offering 050906? I just called and they don't have any photos of it on a bike.

Hello and please forgive me, itâs an engine oil question, I have unused can of Morris 20w/50 golden film oil left over from another project, would this be suitable in a Norton navigator.?

Blue color for the Deluxe Jubilee. There is some old info on this site that recommends Chrysler Caribbean blue 80. Is this still the recommendation, has anyone found a better match.

Correct plug gap

I've moved this post across from "Singles" as it is more electrical than mechanical.

Looking through past posts there seems to be a variety of opinions on the correct plug gap for a mid fifties ES2 ranging from 15 to 25 thou.

Model 18 Crank pin

I have had the crank pin come loose in the flywheel on my 1930 model 18. Fortunately without any damage, some years ago I managed to buy a NOS crank pin by Alpha marked N3. Would this be a suitable replacement.

eyes

you know the eye test at the side of the road , you get stopped and the ask if you can read a number plate at 20mtrs and you looked at it and said yes i can read it , then when asked for the number you turn and say no comment what would happen.

Hi,started to put my Jubilee frame together.Can anyone tell me the distance between the rear welded on tubes just in front of the rear shock mount.Also does the swingarm pivot on the frame or should a washer fit between frame and swingarm and fina

I use a Norton for holidays but no longer do the long trips. The tool kit and spares is always a bit of a puzzle, Younger members probably just carry a credit card and phone, what do you think you need?.

Strobe timing

Is it possible to time a Jubilee with a strobe (six volt) providing the strobe is connected to a separate 12 volt battery. Will any strobe do the job.
