Hi all, I've just read on the TR3OC website that Percy Tait has died aged 90. A sad loss, but what a life!

branch site login

Can we have an explanation please?  I am logged in to the main site as an NOC member (or I would not be able to write this).  But when I follow the link to my local branch site, I find I have to login again - but my login name is invalid (because

Push rods

I am midway into rebuilding the top end of my 1956 Dominator 99 and on checking the push rods I have found that one of the exhaust push rods is badly bent and the other three are scored. They are tubular aluminium with steel ends.

The front centre barrel base stud is stripped in the crankcase on my 73 750 Commando. A previous owner had carried out a repair/disguise. I guess it'll need helicoiled, but I've had no experience of helicoiling.

Frame repairs

Forums

Looking for somewhere to do a frame repair job in the Northwest. It's a brazed lug type frame.

Will require old (suspect) repair stripping, and possibly a new front down-tube fitting.
