Hi, rebuilding my Navigator frame and cannot figure out where to attach the centre stand spring hook. None of my pre-dismantling photos show it, of course, and the photocopy of a photocopy manual is not clear, Help would be appreciated.
Greetings, new member here. I am a long time Commando owner and recently bought a 1930 Model 19. The bike is an older restoration that has not been started in 5 years. Or so I was told.

Hi. I’m slowly rebuilding a 1960 Dominator 99. The carb that came with the bike is junk so I’ll be buying a new one from Burlem.
I'm only getting my Electra to run on one cylinder. It starts immediately with both plugs connected using the starter, but only the left side gets hot. Will also start with left side only hooked up. Won't start on right side only.
I have been helping a friend with kickstart problems and fitted new change springs while in there. The bike then refused to come out of top gear. I noticed that the new change pawl spring had about 3mm clearance to the pawl.
Hi everyone, this is my first post on this forum.

Sorry for the dumb question; my Haynes manual says the rearmost lead goes to the left cylinder. My distributor is located in such a way that the 2 ht lead outlets are almost vertical.

Please could someone tell me what the mag' locking plate (part number 9089) bolt (part number 9090) screws into as mine won't tighten so suspected thread stripped. Many thanks.
Hello Now how many of you will be interested in a National Norton ride it day were most Norton Branches can meet up and ride out to set places of interest and stop off for a coffee or tea and a cream cake and petrol say a 100 mile round t
Currently on EBay a Norton CS1 1928 for restoration - single pic looks very cheap. If you check the vendors other items there an awful lot of cars, boats and bikes all at very low prices. Looks extremely dodgy to me.

The bike is far too noisy to play with at this time in the evening, but can anyone confirm the approximate starting position for the pilot screw for a TT carb? All the Amal data says how to adjust it, but no hint of a default start position for t
