Plunger bolt removal

Having trouble removing the plunger bolt from the lh crancase, not sure if lh or rh thread, anyone know how best to deal with this. Would like to remove it as I want to try and flat the mating faces but the bolt protrudes past the face.

It may come as a surprise to most people but LED bulbs are not legally approved replacements for tungsten filament types. It is only if there is a complete lighting unit available with LEDs fitted.

1963 m50 rear chain noise

My m50 has standard 5/8 x 1/4 chain and sprockets for the rear drive. Recent chain replacement has led to a noticable rattle chain to upper chainguard.

The new chain is a quality item and of correct size..not japanese spec.

Watched my Christmas Pressie last night. Mike Pemberton's excellent Dvd on dismantling the single. What immediately caught my ear on running the vid was the sound the the ES2 in the opening clip.

As far as i know the Wassel catalogue is not easy to find, but possibly useful to some of us as most repro stuff originates from them...here's a link noting this is 2013 version...(trade Only?)....but the only one available on the net????....

Roadster tank India

For what it is worth. Have 1970 Roadster 750.

Ethanol eats tanks. Even Brexit will not get us an ethanol free fuel i suspect. Had to get steel tank. Secondhand all smacked up and expensive.

Start rollers

I'm after some help with a set of start rollers I've made. They are powered by a 3hp 240 volt motor from an old compressor.
