Norton P11

Hi,

I'm looking for any information regarding the Norton P11,

Particularly values. I have a certain interest in a 1967 road going model with matching numbers.

The V5 is showing it was registered overseas before being registered in the UK in 1992. It currently has a UK registration plate showing

*** **E . which would be a 1967 plate. It's in extremely good condition, but I am wondering if being registered overseas in the first instance would have a major affect on the value of it as it is now.

Any replies would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a library picture, but it's the same model.

Hello Christopher,

by no means an expert on the subject but I would imagine a P11 that wasn't first registered in the USA is a very rare thing indeed. As such it should have no effect on the valuation. As to it's value can't help you there except it's worth what you're happy to pay, CB guide this month says 7 to 9k but take that with a big pinch of salt. Very nice bike.

Hi Paul,,

Thanks for your reply, Yes it is a difficult bike to price, You don't see too many of them, but like you say, I guess its' what it's worth to somebody.
