Could anyone help me. I am looking for crankshaft bearings for a 1939 Norton 16h. The ones that I have removed are all three the same.  LR8. But I’ve Had a look on the net and I’ve come up with two roller bearings and one ball bearing.

Can anybody shed some light on where my bike was despatched to.

The Norton Despatch Records show my bike was sent to Corbetts and the colour was blue in a fastback. Its a 1971 750 Commando.

Hi I have been looking on the site for info on getting a dating letter and age related plate far a 74 859 repatriated from the US

my frame has had the petrol tank mounts removed, I can remake and fit but do not have any dimensions to go on.

A member was looking for information on fabricating some mounts and I offered to photograph some. I have been out of action for a month so have lost the thread. If the member can post a mobile no  I will get the boss to send the info.

Hello, everything is in the title. Who knows the top fork stanchion's inside size and thread?

Removing valve springs from the inter looks easy with this tool, but where do you get one from. I have never seen one for sale. Without one the job can be a bit messy!

Does anybody know the socket size to fit the big brass drain plug at the bottom of the crankcase on a 1966 650SS engine?

I have just joined the NOC after the purchase of my 1971 750 Commando Fastback.

I have a question regarding how to fix a slightly out of shape rear frame loop.

i went to the Telford Classic off road bike show today which isn’t known for its road bike spares, and found a small stash of NOS lightweight spares ..... a set of cams (not bought) but I did buy a set of fork bushes - never seen them before, and

My 16H oil bath case nut has had to be turned down to hall thickness so it goes onto the serrated footpeg far enough for the serrations to pick up the footpeg. Somewhere a dimension is missing but I can't work out where.

As you can see from the picture, my 46 year old switchgear on the RH side is rather cruddy although all of the services still work.  Ideally , I’d like to give it a thorough clean and regrease.

I'm new to Norton singles and have a 1946 bought with the gearbox in pieces.  I have a few questions:

Replacing the bushes and spindle. Does anyone happen to know what size bolt will fit into the threaded spindle centre?

Could anyone please help with a brake arm and spring to suit a 1930 Norton 500?

I am looking for a new battery for my Electra and wondering which way to go. Originally they had 2 6v batteries fitted but technology has move on since then so they are more options.
