No experience but
Hi Fritz,
No experience but it looks similar to the one that Uli Hoffman has fitted on his Navigator? See Nick Clark's post in the lightweight sectionon 28th January. Uli posted a picture on the 30th Jan.
There were a few lightweight owners looking for a tap with reserve, so this could be for them? If no good for a lightweight, I'm happy to plead ignorance as to the size.
Anna, the post was about a FUEL TAP, not a tank strap!
Regards,
George

Found the thread
Thank you George. Interesting thread, so I'll stay with the tap I have and carefull watching the fuel supply. This one: https://andover-norton.co.uk/en/shop-details/14998

Fuel Tap (not strap!)
The pattern is the same as on my 1959 Dommie, only it seems to be more rough cast. It has the main tap plus a reserve which was always VERY useful! Authentic taps too - one round with knurling for the main supply and one hex head for the reserve.
[Just to be clear, I'm referring to the eBay link in the first posting]
