Does anyone know the OD of the valve guides, the guide in my head has fell out

Can anyone tell me the diameter of the gearbox main shaft where it sits in the clutch hub/slider.
On my ES2 the hub is loose on the shaft and I don't know which is correct.

Can anyone tell me if these are Commando headlight ears? They look like the ones that fit pre Commando Twins/singles except they don’t have the slightly narrower section at the bottom to fit into the top of the fork shrouds?

Pazon 12 volt ignition unit fitted, engine now runs. What marks do I use to strobe the ignition accurately.
