Does anyone know the OD of the valve guides, the guide in my head has fell out

I'm not sure if the head is oversize or the guide is undersize!

Can anyone tell me the diameter of the gearbox main shaft where it sits in the clutch hub/slider.

On my ES2 the hub is loose on the shaft and I don't know which is correct.

Hi I am presently restoring a1966 Atlas which has been modified to look like a cafe racer.

I've been advised to get a coopy of 'The Book of the Norton' by WC Haycraft.  I've got a 1930 big 4 but the only copy I can find relates to models 1932 to 1939.  Does anyone know if there a book covering earlier models?

I am new to the forum, so if it is a silly question I am about to ask, you will have to forgive me.

On my 1930 Big 4 there are ‘normal’ grease nipples on the Druid forks but on the front and rear wheel spindles they are different.

Can anyone tell me if these are Commando headlight ears? They look like the ones that fit pre Commando Twins/singles except they don’t have the slightly narrower section at the bottom to fit into the top of the fork shrouds?

Pazon 12 volt ignition unit fitted, engine now runs. What marks do I use to strobe the ignition accurately.

Last December I sold a Triumph 3TA that I had bought in a very sorry state and then rebuilt. With the cash and more space in the shed I set about finding another money pit to keep me occupied...

Am I missing something? I can't seem to find valve seat inserts on offer from the club, RGM, Norvil or Andover.

Trying to locate the correct grommets for fixing the delux oil tank, parts supplied by NOC part number 21577 are the wrong ones far to small

I am after the felt wick that locates in a hollow ended screw to lubricate the face cam surface, It was when I was replacing the contact set that I noticed it missing (or only remnants of it remain)
