I have been a member since purchasing my 16H 4 years ago this is my first post and attempt at purchasing spares from the club; I have now had to order via a direct email.
The problem has been not being able to put the required part in the basket due to no option for the basket being shown on the parts page also not being able to scroll down the lists.
Has anyone else had these two problems. Other than this the whole site appears to work normally and 'YES'... I am signed in when attempting to use the spares ordering shop..!

Yes .,I am clicking on the actual part that I require it comes up on its own as you describe but I still am not getting a ‘Add to basket’ prompt come up..? Just tried again after a couple of days tried on my phone and home computer to avail.

It's working
I've just checked on a random couple of items from different marques and the "BASKET" option is there. You must be doing something wrong - or perhaps there are none left of your selection. I'm using a laptop computer.

Have you checked your "Log In" Status.
.. what you describe is what happens if you are not logged in... I know I just tried ordereing and wasn't "Logged In"

Hi Chris,
Are you clicking on the part you need? It should open where only the part you need is on the screen, not a list, then you should see the add to cart option.
