Are then any tools that are safe to use to remove the coke from an Aluminium head? Is a Brass rotary wire brush safe? Are there any solvents? Any tips/tricks/ cunning tools will be appreciated.

Has anyone noticed that they have gone up by nearly 15% since last year? From £54/hr to £62/hr. Consequently their workshop services (those that I'm interested in) have gone up by the same amount. Roll on the recession!

I'm concerned as anyone regarding the Bio Ethanol fuel problem that is causing petrol tank linings to disolve. It seems chemical sealants are having a difficult time remaining intact.

I'm looking for a +20 piston for my 1950 ES2. Unfortunately I can't correlate the part number in my parts book with those used in the NoC spares section. Searching the site for "ES2 Piston" returns no results.

Can someone please tell me where the 'correct' place is to mount the voltage regulator on a 1950 plunger ES2 is. My manual says inside the toolbox. If so, where exactly?

Can someone please assist me in a small problem. My 16H has a small oil leak from a bolt on the bottom front of the gearbox.

Just taken timing cover off 1960 600 Domi and the cam chain has excessive play the adjuster is fully home ie no further adjustment. The chain is 38 link.Any help appreciated.
