I have a 850 roadster with electronic ignition & 750 pipes ,but the right engine pipe seams to blue up more than the left .
I have seen this on other commandos as well ,what do you think? steve

I am converting my 1971 Roadster to an Interstate andfihave seen that people have been able to use the Roadster side panels with an Interstate tank, this is OK for the oil tank but I am unable to install the battery side panel.
Is there anyone out there can give me some useful measurements from an original rear mudguard for a rigid mod18/es2/16h circa 1936 - 1946 so I can find a suitable replacement for my rebuild

Hello All Noc-ers It is Not avdvisable too fit a tap or anti-sumping valves in the outer oil line on you Dominator ? this will only mask the any wear on your oil pump ?
With twin cylinder barrels fast becoming worn out and on the last rebore, it crossed my mind that it would very nice if we could buy new ones.

I am wondering if anyone has had a similar problem as me, in that my ES2 engine is burning oil and therefore smokes rather excessively-its a newly refurbed engine.
I've just bought a 1974 850 Mk IIA Commando which has an oiler attached to the swinging arm. This is a small pipe connected to the end of the swinging arm spindle and which goes up behind the battery to a small reservoir.
Hi all. Has anyone tried the JB Cold weld epoxy resin? I thought I might try it to fix a cylinder and head fin. I have the broken pieces so they fit back together very well.

We owe Norvil and others a debt in that they keep the supply of Norton spares going.
Rebuilt 750 misfires &/or just cuts out after a mile or two. It will restart quite easily and run for ? to 1 miles until I get home.
Some owners have less oil supply to the valve gear than they would like and I have given the problem some thought.
Hi. Irecently acquireda 1974 MkII 850. The primary chain seemed very tight and I have slackened it off to what I judge to be the recommended 3/8" movement.

Getting down to the detail work and I seem to have a problem routing the speedo cable to the rear wheel. The cable is the correct length (5'1").
