Hi all,having trouble getting filler cap off.The butterfly fixing on the cap turns and holds the cap on, but when unscrewed the cap loosens but I carnt get it out of tank.any tips

I am looking for a standard set of handlebars for my ES2, There seems to be a great range about. can anyone give me the dimensions for the standard bars. Hight and width would be fine.

Clutch basket

How where the clutch baskets finished on inter and manx bikes that had an open chaincase? I've seen somewhere that they are copper plated. Is this correct? Wouldn't this show a lot of dirt and grease and be very difficult to keep clean?

Today we went out to Vintage Tyres near Beaulieu.

Lucky for me they are pretty close by, but worth knowing they operate a mail order service too (with free postage)!

Hello all, I have a 1962 slimline 99 and have removed all parts from the timing side and according to the parts list there should be a Sealing washer for timing side bearing Part No T2008 and a Backing plate for pinion Part No T2007.

I've bought a complete set of new bearings to go in my dolls head gearbox and the roller bearings I had before had a lip on the edge to stop the rollers going all the way out the other side.
