I have just had a rebore on my 99 barrels and about to fit a new pair of old stock + 020' Hep 13325 Pistons.
I’ve bought these Doherty levers for my jubilee but the holes aren’t big enough for the original bolts I’ve got, Is it acceptable to drill them out or have I bought the wrong ones?

Could anyone tell me where to purchase front brakes shoes? I’ve looked them up on Andover Norton under the pre-featherbed tab and it shows the front brake shoes 7” as rear brake shoes…is this correct?

I recently noticed that the tank oil filter on my Dominator was broken, so ordered a new one from RGM, part E2/398. It would not fit. After a bit of faffing around, I discovered the problem was that the new mesh filter is too long for a featherb

I have a 1956 ES2 with the round plastic tank badges.
I bought some new a few years ago and both have cracked in different places.
Gentlemen-
What vintage of Model 16H crankcases are the stoutest? I would imagine the units from the WD era would qualify for obvious reasons, but I'm not certain.
Any ideas?

I'm currently restoring a 1960 99 Slimline Dominator & have found a rear mudguard with rear light assembly & bars on ebay but can't be sure whether it will fit.
I recently pitched a 1952 500T at auction here in the USA.
per paperwork, it is registered as F3T21054. I cannot find this number anywhere on the bike, where should I be looking?

comes with original label when Ray Hill purchased it.
correct with baffles and original paint.

Yesterday I collected a trailer load of bits that are purportedly a dismantled Norton 650SS. Today I've started to sort through what I bought and look at numbers.

These questions pertain to an 65 Atlas converted to electronic ignition.
I retorqued all the head and cylinder nuts on my 1972 750 commando today to hopefully eliminate an oil leak problem (separate thread…I think I’ve found the problem) but I was unable to find any tool that would fit onto the rear cylinder head nut.
Having read some of the previous threads concerning Manxman 650s, I hardly dare ask but...

Noticed this hairline crack on the pinch-bolt fork slider on my Dommie 88.
Has anyone had any success in repairing this sort of damage - or will I have to fork (sorry) out for a new one??

I replace the non original carburetor with AMAL 76AK/1AT in my Dommie.
The bore is 1" but the alloy manifold (carburetor to head) is 1" 1/8.
It's normal that manifold is larger than carburetor diameter? or what?
