Refitted battery after charging. When turn ignition key on amp meter normal deflects slightly to left but today nothing and no sign of life on kicking. Turned light switch to on position to check lights but no lights.
Hi. I’ve just fitted the engine into my 1960 Dommie 99 project. The centre stand bolts are hollow and the holes through them align with holes in the engine plates.
Hi there - I need a petrol tap for my Classic. I can only find one for the Commander, which looks similar but it is mounted on the offside - if I fit it to the classic the fuel outlet will point forward, not a big deal but would like correct part.
Has anyone got a recommendation for a supplier of a set of shoes ?, They need to have steel facings and linings that stop. I will probably have to send them off for re-lining as that seems the only way to get proper linings ,but it would be

could anyone tell me if the two 3/8th studs at the front of the head are cycle thread or BSF as mine have stripped in the head and i need to order a helicoil kit.

Does anybody who lives near Shropshire have a Commando seat I could borrow whilst I have a new one made? I have to leave mine with the seat maker and I have to ride my bike back whilst he makes the seat.
Hi. I’ve started rebuilding my 1960 Dommie 99 engine. I’m at the stage of fitting the crankshaft into the crankcase halves.
I’ve got the recommended Superblend roller bearing in the drive side and plain ball bearing in the timing side.
Finally managed to obtain a pair of front mudguard stays for my Jubilee Deluxe, now I just have to fit the mudguard and the front brake adjuster bracket !

The splines have worn away on the kickstarter on my 1961 Navigator. I've looked on the spare parts list and am a bit confused. Can I just purchase a replacement? And what is the part number?

Is everyone's 12 amp Wassel ammeter as odd as mine? This is the second new one I've had, the first one was completely broken when I took it out of the box and this one looks like its going to fall to pieces as soon as I go over the fist bump.
