Jubilee valve seat cutter size
I have replaced the valve guides in the cylinder heads of my Jubilee and I have purchased new valves and springs. Annoyingly, one valve seat needs to be re-cut.

Would there be much support for filtering the Classifieds so that Bikes & Parts were in seperate categories?
Me personaly, I have become a regular viewer of the Classifieds, I am only interested in Parts and not whole machines.
See below application for commissioning of a part. If you also require the same part or know where they can be obtained. Please respond accordingly.

The inner thicker back plate (C8 part No. 21268) is this bonded both sides or just one side. Is it stepped, mine is bonded one side and is flat on the back.

Usually it's 16H speed but today at least ES2 - maybe even Domi 88! Anything changed?
I have a 1969 P11. I took it to a shop to get it certified. It was there a bit more than a year. I'm not at happy with the results.
Cobbled this together from a threaded ring, welded on extension tube and a Ramair oval filter, better than nothing I guess
Just seen on the Guzzi forum that Snake Pass (A57) will be closed 12 to 25 October to repair a landslip & some other work.
Hello, I'm struggling getting someone to work on my 57' Dominator petrol tank. Its not in the best of condition but I want to use it as its the original.
Having searched here and on t’internet trying to get ( I hope) a defintive answer on this. The original green Norton handbook warns you of the perils of no lubrication, only advice given is ‘ensure adequate lubrication’!

Could anyone tell me where I measure in order to obtain the correct size of headlight lens.
Is there enough space to remove the barrel from a rigid Inter with the engine in the frame, please? After removing cam box and head of course. E.M. Franks does not say.
I need to know the FACTORY SPEC, for the con rod big end eye dia. for a 1.500" Norton crank journal. Domi 99, Factory spec for the big end journal = 1.500 - 1.505" what is it for the rod?
If you have access to a +20 Navi piston (c/w rings & gudgeon pin - but no circlips) and a set of scales - can we have some measurements, please?
I'm chiefly interest in OE Hepolite pistons - to see how much variance there is.
Hi, when not racing I’d like to take some transport in the garage of the camper, I’m thinking of a sidecar on one of my singles but don’t know if it would fit in the van, I’m guessing it would be tight!
Help Could anyone advise where the best place to purchase a side stand for a slimline frame .And which one is best fit and value for money
Thanks Ian
Hi, Just purchased my first Norton. Its a 1958 polychromatic grey 99 which I have been doing a refurb on. My question is that the brake pedal has excessive side play which leaves it resting under the dome nut of the side case cover.

My front number plate clashed with my headlight over the weekend completely smashing it. I am now in search of an original replacement if possible.
1949 es2 8inch lens, 6volt.
One of the questions on the forum sparked (no pun intended) a possibility of replacing the distributor on my 99 1959 with a magneto. The bike is standard with the exception of 12 volts and the charging and starting system working well..
I am thinking of changing my reliable, 1988 Honda Revere 600 workhorse which I have owned for 16 years for a 961. I have looked online mainly on ebay and there are quite a lot for sale.
My electrical skills (still more electronic ones) don't extend much beyond checking continuity with a battery and light bulb, so I'd be interested in Al Osborn's comments on the following:
