Second question on 750 Atlas/N16CS engine (there's bound to be more)
Camshaft from engine is excellent and marked HC 7014 and all I can find on internet is vague reference to it being "drag profile"
Can anyone identify it ?

I am striping a 750 Atlas engine (actually from N15CS) and everything is in excellent condition which make me think it has been rebuilt. However looking at the crank flywheel nuts and bolts something looks odd.
Not looked at these before , so a few questions , is the 7/8 center handlebar lever of benefit ?.does it use different clutch springs to a later amc clutch ?

I have recently bought a new (2024) Commando 961 SP. I would like to be able to put it onto paddock stands so that a) I don't leave the bike resting on it's tyres when it's not in use, b) clean and oil the chain.

Is it normal for the gearbox magnet to look like a shaving brush? This is after 1000 miles. The oil looks as clean as the day it went in.

I can hear the primary chain "walking" around the sprockets. Most noticeable at 30 - 35 mph in top gear.

Hi, Are the heads of the bolts holding the stays to the mudguard domed or flat.
On a 1960 '99. The ones on there at the moment look like replacements, they are black with raised writing.

The back seam on my Dominator 99 is weeping. Can you please recommend a firm to repair it, ideally within 100 miles or so of Salisbury where I live so I can take it there. Would just lining it be a possible long term solution?
I am looking to register a Norton Model 99 Deluxe manufactured late 1959 it has a Northamptonshire registration of URP 703. URP was issued around the end of 1959/early 1960.
Not sure if this is covered elsewhere but I am puzzled about sealing my petrol tank to take care of the E5/10 petrol we have nowadays. My tank was checked and sealed 20 years ago, when petrol was petrol.
New to NOC, New to Norton. New to Electra. I am fast discovering that there don't seem to be great sources for Electra parts other than tune-up parts and a few other bits. This is compounded doubly in USA.
Very little info on this. I'm guessing 25 amp in live feed from battery to just protect the wiring and possibly a seperate 10 for the hooter?.
