Hi Richard and all you are amazing knowledgeable people out there. This thing is really starting to beat me:((
I've been struggling to assemble the rear wheel correctly on a 1952 plunger.
I the photo's attached I have stuck the measurement between plungers at the axle forks (8 3/4 ").
Hello,
I have been restoring an ES2 and am now trying to get it running. I seem to be having an issue getting the bike running. But to no avail. Below is the current state of the bike
CONDITION
I am refurbishing a badly worn valve lifter spindle from a military Big 4 c. 1940.
Anyone have any experience with treating one of these to at least arrest deterioration and perhaps regain a bit of flexibility?
Hello,
I have a rigid frame that has been converted to a plunger.
I would like to have the rigid rear end back.
All the notes I've read tell us that the frame number is on left face of upper front downtube headstock lug.
This bike has been sold or tried to be sold a few times. Apparently it is a non matching numbers bike.
Gents,
ate these two holes(pointed to) for knocking out the bearing race? I do not want to stick a double punch in there and find out it's not for knocking out the race.
