Hi Carsten,
In case you were unaware, the Manxman was a quasi Inter replica rather than Manx.

Evans Manxman rocker arm.
Hi Carsten,
Stuart Rogers the Norton Inter specialist was involved with the development of this engine, so might be best to speak to him first.

Manxman Rocker Arm
I visited Neville Evans at his home in South Wales many years ago , and when he was winding down his Norton interests I acquired the original die for the manufacture of rocker arms from a foundry in West London. I think I still have the metal casting die somewhere in my garage. The arms were then subject to heat treatment before being fit for use. I may have some written instructions on the necessary treatment somewhere in my papers as I recall Neville telling me on the phone what post casting treatment was necessary.

Manxman/Weslake.
Hi Robert,
Just out of interest, was it your Brooklands/Manxman/Weslake on show at the recent Kempton Park autojumble/bike show ?

Hi Carsten,
I presume you mean Neville Evans.
It might be worth talking to Barry Stickland (camshaftsingles@nortonownersclub.org) as he may know the difference between the Evans engine and a 'standard' Manx engine.
