Hi, I am restoring a1975 850 Electric start Interstate. It is a re-import from the states and came to me in black, but I am going to finish it in silver. I cant believe this question hasn't been asked (and answered) before but I cant find it when I search the forum so I'm hoping someone will know the answer.
My question is :- What shade of silver should the top and bottom yokes be, and should the front mudguard stays and bridge piece be silver, or a kind of grey which they are now. I will be having all these components powder coated (whether powder coating can offer the required shade is, of course, another question !).
