The NOC shop has two decoke gasket sets for the ES2. One, Part No D254, is for '48 - '55, the other, Part NO D256, is for '55 - '57.
Mine is '55 so which one is correct? Mine has the Alfin head.

I have an ES2 with an Alfin head too and have never found a gasket set that seems to have the correct rubbers for the pushrod tubes. I bought some rubbers from RGM which sounded correct but only one end really fitted properly. Unfortunately I can't remember which end was correct. For the wrong end I used some that were close and glued them in with silicone sealant.
The earlier gasket set comes closest in my experience but I've never bought them from the club shop. Maybe somebody has and can help. Failing that, ask Mike Pemberton. He's very helpful.
