By restoring my Model 18, 1947, I found a worn bronze bushed left hand fork leg, when I tried to replace the bushes bought by British Only Austria.

Sunday at Stanford Hall, partner and i had a great time. But sadly did not have enough time to look over everything going on.
It's nearly time for the annual International Norton Owners Association Rally which this year is being held in Quincy, Califormia.
Once again I am going to book a decent cabin on the Pompey - Santander boat and a twin room at the hotel. I may also use my van to take my bike and another small one on the crossing.
The Commando is fettled and the ferry booked. See you all Friday, Chaps !

Me and Mark are now in Romania having gone as far as Asia in Istanbul.
Having an unbelievable ride and it continues tomorrow with the Transfagarasan DN7C road.
One more week to make our way home and 5k miles.

I've finished all the preparations I'm going to do to my Dommie, sorted the fitting/packing of my pannier bags and camping equipment.
Does any body know if rear view mirrors are a legal requirement in Italy?
