Feel a bit stupid asking this question. But is there a definitive list of spanner sizes?
I took the magneto off and the timing chains and felt like every time I picked a spanner up it didnt fit.

Afternoon all. My Dominator refurb project moves on. It's far too cold to work in the shed so instead I went out to see the previous owner yesterday.
Assembling new engine with slightly later cases and there seems to be a difference between the casting for mounting the camchain tensioner.
Original cases - 104135
New cases - 18SS/108596/P
Hi I've just been out on a very cold ride for an hour or so around town and twice it felt like it ran out of fuel, and stopped.
Can anyone address me to the correct spare number of the front rim for my 1953 Dommie?

Research suggests that 650 engines running the high pressure lubrication system with oil holes in the con rods are best fitted with "Wellworthy" oil scraper rings.
Will soon need some good Gaskets to complete my engine rebuild ( Dommi 88 1959) . I have a `spigot` type barrel so presume a copper one is the only option ? What I want some advice on is what are the best to buy and who to deal with ?
