Hi members, I have a 69 650 ss mercury. I have a Boyer Bransden micro mk 3, will this be compatible, or would a Trispark be more suited, any information would be appreciated.
Sorry this is not specifically Norton but relates to the Triumph-Greeves which I am close to finishing. It has 12 volt positive earth electrics controlled by a Zener diode and solid state rectifier.
I have a four post ignition switch and have power to the brown/blue on post 1.
I would like to know what posts should be powered in the four key positions.
1. Parking - 1 and ?
2. Off - 1 only
3. Ign only - 1 and ?
My apologies to the person who responded to this enquiry as I mistakenly deleted the information that was posted, so would the member that replied please re send that info'

Hi, would I be correct in assuming that the correct Lucas rear brake switch fitted to 1962 model 50 is part # 31437, regards David
Does anybody have a recomendation for a better ignition switch than the one usually fitted to a 2A Commando? In over 40 years of ownership I have probably replaced this switch four or five times, and now I think it's on the blink again.
On the wiring harness p/n 06.6396 there are 4 red wires (see picture) and one seems to go nowhere. I cannot find the other end and need help to know what it is for?
A friend of mine has a pair of Commando 850 MkIII’s, both fitted with LED lights throughout, including side lights and instrument lights.
