Modern Nortons

Hi my indicators all work but the warning light on console only flashes when turning left !

Has any one else had this and is it the switch ? or the lamp etc on the console ? and easy or difficult fix and MOT failure or just advisory

Like an idiot forgot to refill gearbox on my Mk 1 961 Sport after an oil change when I got distracted during process returning to job sometime later , taking bike out for an 18 mile ride.
