Please can anyone help with a problem I am having regarding my Norton 961 Commando. The fuel tank fixings have been replaced once already and the tank seems to be still a bit loose fitting especially on the right side.

There is no Ethanol free petrol without a fair ride near where I live. What Ethanol protection do others use in their fuel?
I have been looking at Millers EPS Ethanol Protection.
What will they put in fuel next? Roger
Hi has anyone drained the fuel tank. The factory said remove tank and drain. All went well until I tried to remove the black fuel pipe from the red elbow coming off the pump.
I emailed the factory asking about leaving fuel in tanks over the winter, the factory said better not do this and if I did lay up the bike to follow the advice on the last page of the owners manual, but then you probably all knew that.

Just got back from the Motor cycle live show at the NEC and the Norton stand was buzzing with people with Stuart Garner and team answering questions on the new Norton V.4. What a stunning bike and the finish and detail is superb.
Hi I have spoken to Dynojet UK a the NEC show and today I received an email that they are considering developing something for the 961 range. They may need a bike in the Lancashire area to look at etc.
Hi, I bought what I thought was a replacement for my clutch lever. But when it arrived I realised it did not have the bell crank for pushing the micro switch - does anyone know what the micro switch switches?
Rather than pay the £90 to Norton for the workshop manual anybody got one to sell, don't have the facilities to download and printout, want the original manual.
