My '71 was coughing and spitting occasionally at low revs...Boyer ignition, 34mm Mikuni, timing and valves right on...my brilliant son asks me for a 3/8 wrench, tightens up the nuts on the coil wires...problem solved...just erratic contact. 200 miles on Sunday running like a train. Older is not always smarter!

And there was me thinking it was that Jap carb or ethanol contamination! N*K plugs and caps possible culprits that don't belong on a Norton.
