Hi has anyone had any experience in bending a rear brake lever on a jubilee, it need to be bent in about 20mm. It is a new lever but doesn't line up. I am unsure if its cast. Any help welcome.

Hi Paul, I have since sorted my brake lever, I tried a bend on the old one first, it bent really easy once heated, so the new one is now bent nicely.

Hi Kevin, I bent a pedal about 1 inch to clear the primary on my Navigator. Clamped it in a vice and bent it a little at a time. Was a real heart in mouth operation, it may be easier with some heat from oxy-acetaline torch. It did work though.
Sounds obvious, but might be better to get a spare one first, just in case?
