Hope someone can help me 
My partner and i brought a Norton basket case off Ebay to rebuild, We are unable to find out if it is a Jubilee or Navigator or the year it was built as we have different numbers for the engine and frame. Engine no84426/17 frame no 10328c 19d/190? Reg supplied LJV 449 all does not add up to make a match, and the reg comes back as unidentified.Can someone please HELP!!!!!

Hello there,
Look under Messages - Light Twins and you will find that there is very useful info already there on identification of Jubilees and Navigators. Look for a recent post under Jubilee/Navigator identification - last post was only a couple of weeks ago.
Your engine number is Jubilee but the frame number is odd and possibly Navigator. Read the messages on Jubilee/Navigator identification and you will be much enlightened.
