My jubilee is very noisyit sounds like tappets but i have checked them
and replaced most of the rocker gear, is this normal.

Yes probably! It's the cam followers I expect, they wear oval because of the angle, the club sells replacements, but it won't be long before they are noisy again! You could always try thicker oil, or a tighter fitting helmet!
