Hi all i have recently come into possession of two norton jubilees one being a deluxe and the other a standard model, years the seller advised were 1959 and 1960 but havent taken it so far as to get numbers checked as yet. the bikes are currently completely stripped and there are a lot of missing parts questions to be answered etc i have ordered a spares catalog and the obvious missing parts but was wondering if any of you could advise me on the best manual for the task ahead. The guy that sold me the bikes gave me . Norton service and overhaul Manual by F.Neill covering a variety of models and wondered if any jubilee specific manuals contain any extra info? or if you were only to buy one manual which one would it be?
Thanks in advance steven

Hi there Steven
I cannot advise on aspects of rebuilding although I did own a Jubilee in ...1971!
You may not be aware that the National Motorcycle Museum has photocopies of various Jubilee manuals and guides under the Bruce Main-Smith collection. These are available at what look like reasonable prices to me.

Good luck with the projects.

Hi Steven. You are obviously not reading the recent messages here...because if you had then I reckon you would have a nice workshop manual and complete spare parts list saved on your computer by now at no cost.....Les

Hi Kelvin....not sure if I've misunderstood you or you might have misunderstood what I wrote but I meant there are 3 downloads:(2x manuals and a parts list) to download...the links are these:
http://pdfmotomanual.com/index.php?r=site/getdownload&unique=281812e98be13dc5ef737e96f7224cf8
http://pdfmotomanual.com/index.php?r=site/getdownload&unique=859872ef449e65333a5868cc360ea90d

After clicking any of the 3x links above (do all of them after downloading progressively to get the three different files)You just need to copy and fill in the security code number in the centre of the page and press the download tab below and save the open pdf on your PC....They are all clean files....Hope these are of some use?

Hello Stephen, I have been slowly restoring a deluxe jubilee for the last four years, kids, weddings and house jobs have got in the way. The information on the jubilees isn't brilliant. I will check what manuals I have and let you know the names of them. If it's any help I could send you pictures of specific parts of my bike. It's built up without the engine and unpainted but it should help. I have some pictures of exploded diagrams on my computer that would also help.
