Hi all, promise you wont laugh, on checking an oil leak on my es2 rocker shaft nuts. i undid one of the rocker nuts it dropped down the engine so i got my telescopic magnet out found the nut and picked it up, great, i placed the magnet behind me and carried on and fitted the new copper washers on the rockers. goes to kick the bike up and i noticed that there was a load of copper washers stuck to my magnet, ooh eck that cant be right. it was a new box of copper washers i had bought as i found out later they were copper coated steel ones when i got intouch with the guy i had them off he said they had removed them from sale i wonder why . i have fitted some aluminum ones instead they are ok.
