Not had much to do with Norvil for a good many years and I read on here many members of displeased with the company so to redress the balance
I have just phoned them and ordered a couple of crush washers for the sump plug/filter of my machine, the washer is about 90p but on line buying increased that to just under £5! not worth doing then,
A mate suggested phoning the company and asking they put it in a plain envelope and I pay letter postage, sure enough the man I spoke to at the company couldn't have been more helpful and obliging and they still had my details on their computer from gawd knows how many years ago.
