The 1962 Range
Perhaps the best book for close-up black and white images of original machines is Roy Bacon's "Norton Twins Restoration". Would it be an assumption too far that the singles and twins had similar controls ?
This scan shows a '61 99SS above and a '67 Atlas below. I suspect that the '61 model has Amal controls.
There is also a photo of a 1962 650SS fitted with what looks to be a late-pattern Apex inflator - one of these :- https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/vintage-bicycle-pump-tyre-inflator-462806557

Richards pictures show bars…
Richards pictures show bars that are generally considered to be "straights" , not standard issue but on the optional lists .std bars have a rise of 2--3 inches .

There is plenty of photos on line and they should show a low rise bar drilled and tapped for a dip/ horn switch , plain blade levers 7/8” centers cable nipple to pivot , brake lever with choke mounted on top .
